Use a soft cloth to gently wipe clean, then remove any remaining impurities with mild diluted soap.

Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before storing in the jewellery pouch provided.

Do not use abrasive cleaners, steamers or ultrasonic machines.

Gemstone Care

Use a soft cloth to gently wipe clean, then remove any remaining impurities with mild diluted soap and a soft bristled toothbrush.

Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before storing in the jewellery pouch provided.

Enamel Care

Enamel

Remove all enamelled jewellery and carefully store before swimming, applying skincare products and before strenuous exercise.

Please remove/dress yourself with the piece whilst standing on carpeted flooring – in case it is dropped, it is more likely to survive impact on a soft surface. Please take care to avoid dropping your piece at all, as it very delicate and the enamel could crack upon impact.

To clean, please use warm water, washing up liquid and a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush the piece delicately and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Do not submerge the piece in water.

Egg Objets

Always handle egg objets with a pair of lint free gloves. When opening the egg objet, hold the lower half and base of the egg in one hand, and gently hold the top of the egg with your other hand. Where there is a central gemstone button on the front of the egg, gently push this upwards with your thumb to open the egg.

Do not put high pressure on the egg to open it, as this can damage the hinge. Do not put stress on the area where the stand joins the egg. The egg should be stored in its packaging when not on display. The egg can be polished with a lint free cloth.

Watch Care Watch Care

Frequent exposure to chemicals (e.g. sun creams, swimming pool chlorine and perfumes) and seawater might, over time, damage the rubber sealing parts of your watch. We recommend to limit this exposure as much as possible. Should your watch come into contact with one of these products, please ensure it is rinsed with fresh water and cleaned with a soft brush.

Magnetic fields and electromagnetic appliances might affect the running of the movement of your Fabergé watch, therefore please avoid placing your watch in close proximity to such devices (e.g. mobile phones, loudspeakers and computers).

 The strap of your watch may be made of genuine alligator skin, or another delicate material. Please avoid frequent contact with water or exposure to sunlight.
