How to choose the perfect wedding band
Your wedding band is more than just a ring – it’s a symbol of your marriage and your journey together. We recommend that you take your time, enjoy the process, and choose a ring that feels meaningful.
Whether you're drawn to a more traditional ring, or a one-of-a-kind bespoke creation, the perfect Fabergé wedding band is waiting for you.
Our wedding bands
Our rings are made from 18k yellow, white or rose gold. We have a variety of wedding bands available to choose from, particularly within our Colours of Love and Treillage collections.
Our Colours of Love collection features more classic fluted rings which are simple and timeless, as well as eternity rings with coloured gemstones or diamonds set around the band. We also have a number of more modern styles in our Treillage collection which features a delicate quilting pattern and are wider than our other bands for a more stand-out look in polished and brushed 18k gold designs, set with diamonds or coloured gemstones.
Where to begin
Couples often wonder whether their rings should match. Some couples love the symbolism of matching bands, while others prefer different metals or styles to reflect their individual tastes.
If you want cohesion without identical bands, consider a unifying detail like an engraved message, matching metal or gemstone, or complementary textures.
If you're wearing your wedding band next to an engagement ring, they should sit comfortably together. Our Colours of Love rings are designed to be stacked together to create a personalised look. However, you can mix-and-match designs, and we therefore recommend looking for bands that match the contour and width of your engagement ring.
For a more modern look, some people prefer to wear the wedding band on its own – especially if it’s more ornate or contains coloured gemstones.
Aim for a look that feels timeless to you. Remember, you can always stack or pair with other rings later if your style evolves.
Get the right fit
Your fingers can swell or shrink with heat, cold, or time of day. Try on rings when your hands are at a ‘normal’ temperature, preferably in the afternoon. A properly fitting ring should slide on easily but resist just slightly when coming off. Pop into your nearest Fabergé boutique for a complimentary ring size consultation.
