We are delighted to partner with James Bond to continue to celebrate sixty years of Goldfinger (1964) with the introduction of the Fabergé x 007 Limited Edition Goldfinger Egg Objet. Limited to 50 editions, this bold creation sits alongside the Fabergé x 007 Egg Safe Locket with Ruby Heart Surprise which launched in October 2024.

Fabergé x 007 Goldfinger Egg Objet

Available to pre-order from 10th July 2025, this 18k yellow gold objet is inspired by the Fort Knox gold depository safe which was a central part of the Goldfinger film plot. The front of the egg features a six prong safe combination lock, anchored with 007 at the centre. By rotating this lock anticlockwise, two bolts move allowing the safe door to be opened. This style of opening mechanism is a first for Fabergé, and took months of development to perfect. Upon gaining access to the safe a stack of gold bars becomes visible, nestled inside and surrounded by 140 brilliant cut yellow diamonds. The gold bars represent Goldfinger’s passion for gold and are a nod to the film’s title song lyrics, “He loves only gold.” The egg is mounted on an 18k white gold stem set with 16 round brilliant-cut white diamonds, which is fixed to a carved black nephrite jadeite base.

This limited edition egg objet joins the Goldfinger capsule collection which includes the Fabergé x 007 Egg Safe Locket with Ruby Heart Surprise. The Fabergé x 007 collection also features creations commemorating the Bond film, Octopussy (1983).

Designed by Fabergé Head of Design, Liisa Tallgren, and overseen by Fabergé Creative Director, Josina von dem Bussche-Kessell, the Fabergé x 007 creations are a symphony of past, present and future, with nods to the legendary films in the James Bond archive.
