Fabergé, the world’s most iconic artist jeweller, is returning to Doha for the sixth time to exhibit its latest exceptional jewellery, timepieces and objets d’art, at the 2017 Doha Jewellery & Watches Exhibition, from 20th to 25th February 2017.
Fabergé will unveil the latest addition to its Fabergé Visionnaire gentlemen’s collection with a special-edition timepiece exclusive to Alfardan Jewellery. This flying tourbillon, produced by master watchmaker APRP, features a baguette-cut diamond-set bezel of 14 carats and combines a powerful visual identity with technical mastery and discovery. This exquisite timepiece expresses an authentic and resolutely masculine power; there are two colour variations available: rose gold and platinum.
This complicated timepiece is built around the tourbillon, the harmonious rotation of which draws the eye, offering a fascinating glimpse behind the scenes of time-keeping. Invented in the 18th century to optimise precision, this mechanism remains a symbol of exquisite watchmaking artistry to this day.
