We have announced an exciting collaboration with The Inn at Little Washington, in celebration of The Inn at Little Washington’s 45th anniversary, this year.
The partnership launched with a grand house party which took place at The Inn at Little Washington from Monday 17th – Wednesday 19th April 2023. Guests joined our creative team, and Curatorial Director and world-renowned historian Archduke Dr. Geza von Habsburg, for tea. Afterwards, guests were invited to a cocktail reception and exhibit of Fabergé jewellery and objets d’art including the limited edition Fabergé x Game of Thrones high jewellery collection.
The Fabergé x Inn at Little Washington Limited-Edition 45th Anniversary Hot Air Balloon Pendant, collaboratively designed by our team and Chef Patrick himself, was unveiled at this special event. This is the first time that we have partnered with a chef on the design of a piece of jewellery.
“What could be more fun than a spring house-party with fascinating people from all over the world, delicious food and wonderful wines?” — Patrick O’Connell
“We are honoured to help The Inn at Little Washington celebrate this momentous occasion. The Inn is a beacon of unparalleled culinary and hospitality perfection and has created a world that is so enticing because of the pioneering spirit and pursuit of excellence in everything they do. In that same vein, Fabergé’s history of creating extraordinary pieces which commemorate milestones, will be showcased at the Inn for the first time and such this partnership represents a wonderful meeting of masters.” - Josina von dem Bussche-Kessell, Creative Director at Fabergé.
Since The Inn at Little Washington first opened in 1978, the Virginian healing hideaway has evolved from a former garage founded by self-taught chef and visionary Patrick O’Connell into an iconic Relais & Châteaux escape and the longest tenured Five-Star restaurant in the world. Today, The Inn at Little Washington is the benchmark for American fine dining and remains the only three Michelin-starred restaurant in the Washington D.C. area. Set on the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, 23 guest accommodations pepper the 26-acre campus in the form of charming cottages and luxurious suites, designed by a London stage and set designer, in a historic, colonial town. The 26-acre campus includes a charming sidewalk café and bar Patty O’s Café & Bakery, lush floral gardens, vegetable gardens and greenhouses, which grow most of the Inn’s produce in season, and a chicken coop with stained glass windows. In 2021, Michelin awarded The Inn at Little Washington a Green Star for sustainability. Unrivaled attention to detail in a picturesque setting of unspoiled natural beauty has made The Inn at Little Washington an iconic destination for discerning travelers from around the world.
