The Fabergé Dalliance collection perfectly illustrates Fabergé’s exquisite craftsmanship; the collection features a manual-winding movement exclusively developed for Fabergé by Agenhor Manufacture. This contemporary timepiece draws inspiration from the intricate Fabergé Imperial Peacock Egg of 1908, by Peter Carl Fabergé.
The Fabergé Dalliance Peacock combines the romance of the past with something geometric and technically challenging. The creation celebrates Fabergé’s past, from the iconic Imperial Easter Eggs, to the lost art of enamelling, but in a thoroughly modern way.
Each piece features a colourful peacock design, painted in enamel, with an egg shaped diamond set bezel.
A unique movement exclusively developed for Fabergé by award-winning movement specialist, Agenhor Manufacture, frees the timepiece’s hands from the centre of the dial. Instead, 50 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.26 cts) frame Anita Porchet’s cloisonné Grand Feu enamel painting of a peacock at the heart, much like the surprise at the heart of each Fabergé egg, a cue that feels entirely appropriate given the egg-shape bezel, framed by baguette-cut or round diamonds. It is this geometric dial precision that provides the perfect balance between modern technique with the traditional use of Grand Feu enamelling, a fitting detail to bring to life the famous Fabergé surprise.
The Fabergé Dalliance Peacock is presented in a 31mm x 39mm 18k white gold case featuring domed sapphire crystal and case back with anti-reflective treatment. The bezel comes set with 36 baguette cut diamonds (8.91cts). The 18k white gold crown features a 0.10ct round brilliant cut diamond.
