On Friday, November 13th, Fabergé hosted a celebrational fundraiser and soirée in collaboration with the Correa Family Foundation. Thorough safety precautions were taken throughout the private and intimate event in compliance with CDC regulations, with just under 70 guests in attendance.
The Correa Family Foundation, founded by Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa and his family, provides support to childhood cancer patients and their families. To display this partnership, Fabergé designed a limited-edition Essence Rose Gold Butterfly Surprise Locket in collaboration with the Correa family. This fundraising event served as a celebration of the partnership, as proceeds from the evening’s auction were directly donated to the Correa Family Foundation.
During the evening, a new record was set for the most expensive bottle of whisky purchased at an auction (selling for $60,000) and the evening has so far raised over $100,000.
Fabergé would like to extend a very special thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Ignacio and Isabel Torras for kindly allowing the event to be hosted at their private residence, and to the event sponsors: Fender, MAD, Finca Bandini and the Correa Family Foundation.
The Correa Family Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded by Houston Astros player, Carlos Correa and his family to provide support to childhood cancer patients and their families. The organisation strongly believes that childhood is the greatest treasure of society and the foundation of our future. Therefore, they aim to provide transformative experiences and improve the quality of life of children suffering from cancer and honour them as our real heroes.
