The Fabergé Dalliance Emerald and Ruby GemAddict watches celebrate the beauty of gemstones, with a one carat white diamond in the centre of the watch, where the hands would normally sit. The diamond is set in an 18k gold dome which has been decorated with either green or red guilloché enamel, surrounded by 168 invisibly set baguette cut white diamonds. This is framed by a stunning gem-set bezel featuring 56 trapeze cut emeralds or rubies.
The Dalliance collection is powered by a mechanical movement unique to Fabergé. The watch hands travel around the edge rather than the centre of the enamel face, creating a space where other watches place mechanics. This ingenious formation allows a centrepiece like no other – a one carat white diamond. Comprising hundreds of parts assembled by hand, the movement was developed by the award-winning Geneva watchmaker Agenhor, based on Fabergé’s design for an open display space at the centre of the watch’s face.
